Pour 2 cups of boiling water over a tablespoon of sage and black tea. Cook over a low heat for an hour. Cool, strain, add a small glass of pure vodka. Rub the lotion into your hair every day for a week. They will color, together with gray strands, a beautiful color with a gloss. The hair will be stronger.


Face mask with sage










For oily skin:

In a cup of cream, mash a handful of sage and whipped egg white. Spread over the face, neckline and neck. After 15 minutes, wash off with warm water. The mask soothes irritations, smoothes, firms and tightens the skin.


For dry skin:

Replace the egg white with the yolk,

the rest as above.

Sage soap


Natural gray, Marseille soap, rub on a grater.


Make a strong infusion of sage: 4 teaspoons of herb per 100 ml of water,


Mix with grated soap in the proportion: 100 ml of infusion per 200 g of soap



While stirring, heat in a water bath until dissolved.


In the meantime, you can add supplements according to your needs while


maintaining moderation.

For moisturizing properties: 1-2 teaspoons of shea butter, almond,

argan or other oil.

More nutritious: a little honey, vitamin E, cosmetic clay or cinnamon against

cellulite. It is worth adding a little beeswax or glycerin to harden.

For exfoliating properties, you can add coarse salt, oatmeal, coffee,

poppy seeds.

Pour the dissolved and mixed soap into greased molds

Sprinkle the tops with alcohol

Set aside to concentration

Remove from molds, if necessary to cut

Place them on a wire rack, cover with parchment

Leave in a ventilated place to dry (about a week or two)

Natural sage antiperspirant

Make a strong infusion of sage: 2 teaspoons of herb per 50 ml of water.

Mix with 4 teaspoons of potato flour and baking soda.

To the dissolved 3 tablespoons of coconut oil,

add 4 tablespoons of the infusion and a few drops of sage oil.

Combine everything in the jar, stirring until you get the consistency of a cream.

Apply after a morning bath

It will provide freshness and a beautiful fragrance until the evening.
