Fakutsudzi - A Japanese method to reduce your waistline FAST!
Fast and effective slimming method by Toshiki Fukutsudzi - a very simple method. The method can reduce back pack, strengthen core and shrink waist.
It sounds like a fairy tale, but for several years the Japanese physiotherapist Fukutsudzi helps women in this way, without diet, exhausting exercise or costly treatments.
Fukutsudzi has been working with pelvic problems for over 20 years. In the course of his practice, he noticed a relationship between the position of the femur in relation to the pelvis .. and abdominal obesity, therefore he created an exercise focused on the correct positioning of the pelvis.
It is enough to lie down for 5 minutes in the right position on a rolled towel every day to quickly get rid of a few centimeters from the waist!
Slimming Fukutsudzi Instructions:
Roll one or 2 towels evenly, tighten with e.g. string to make them stable.
Prepare a hard surface for the exercise, e.g. the floor covered with a blanket.
Lie on your back, place the roller evenly under your back at the level of the navel.
Place your legs shoulder-width apart, so that your big toes touch each other.
Reach your hands behind your head and bring your little fingers closer together.
Relax and lie in this position for 5 minutes.
When finished, turn to the side and slowly stand up
It is a stretching method, with proper execution, the skeleton immediately takes its natural form. Therefore, it can be a painful process at first, if you cannot last 5 minutes, you can start with less time. Dr. Fukutsudzi says the difference can already be seen after the first time. Therefore, it is a good idea to measure your waist before and after the procedure to check the results.
NOTE: Exercises should not be performed on your own in case of serious spine diseases.
